Why it matters

What one “scam” result does to you

Clients walk away

Most people search your name before they buy, sign or meet. If “scam” appears on page one, many never call. You do not hear about the deals you lose.

Banks and investors say no

Banks, payment providers and investors run checks on your name. A scam accusation, even a false one, can mean a closed account or a deal that stalls.

AI repeats it

ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI read the same pages. Ask them about you and they may repeat the claim, word for word, to anyone who asks.

Every day the post stays up, more people read it. Send us your name today. Within 24 hours we tell you, free, which links can go and how.

Where it shows up

Where “scam” appears next to a name, and what we do about it

Google search results

Pages titled “[name] scam” or “[name] fraud”. We have them removed at source or from Google, or pushed off page one.

Google search suggestions

When Google suggests “[name] scam” as people type. We report suggestions that break Google’s rules and build the results that make it fade.

Scam-report websites

Sites such as Ripoff Report, ScamGuard and complaint boards. Many charge people to remove posts, and Google offers a removal route for pages on sites like these.

Reddit and forums

“Is [name] a scam?” threads. We use each platform’s own rules on harassment, personal information and false claims. See Reddit post removal.

Review sites

Trustpilot and Google reviews that call you a scam with no real order behind them. See Trustpilot review removal.

AI answers

When ChatGPT or Google’s AI calls you a scam, we fix the sources it reads. See remove your name from Google AI search.

What can be removed

Which scam claims can be removed?

A post does not have to be illegal to come down. Most platforms and Google remove content that breaks their own rules. These are the cases we win most often:

False claims

Statements of fact that are untrue and harm you, such as “he stole client money” when no such thing happened.

Outdated posts

Old complaints about a dispute that was settled or refunded years ago, still ranking for your name.

Pay-to-remove sites

Pages on sites that ask for money to take a post down. Google has a removal route for these.

Personal information

Posts that publish your home address, phone number, family details or private documents.

Copied or fake posts

The same post copied across many sites, or written by people who were never your customers.

Mistaken identity

Scam posts about someone else with the same name that now rank for yours.

How it works

How we remove scam allegations, step by step

  1. Free check of your nameWe search your name and business the way clients, banks and AI do, and list every scam link we find. You hear back within 24 hours.
  2. Written planWhich links we will remove, which we will push down, the route for each and the dates, all agreed in writing before work starts.
  3. Removal at sourceWe take each post to the site that hosts it, using that site’s own rules, privacy law and defamation law, with your solicitors where needed.
  4. Removal from GoogleWhere a site will not act, we use Google’s own removal routes, including the route for sites that charge people to remove posts.
  5. Push down what staysStrong, true results about you: press coverage, profiles and articles that take page one back. See how pushing down results works.
  6. Proof and monitoringBefore-and-after screenshots for every link, then we watch your name so a new post is caught early.
The law

UK law and false scam claims

Calling someone a scammer is a serious claim. Under the Defamation Act 2013, a false statement that causes, or is likely to cause, serious harm to your reputation can be challenged, and website operators are expected to act on a proper complaint. Under UK GDPR, you can also ask for personal data about you to be erased when there is no good reason to keep it online. Outside the UK, local law differs, and we work with each country’s rules.

Business owners see the same problem. Read a fintech called a scam on Reddit and Trustpilot and someone posted lies about my business.

Straight answers

What we will not do

  • Remove genuine court records or official regulator warnings
  • Promise to remove a post that is true and lawful
  • Write fake reviews or fake posts about you
  • Threaten the people who posted, or send fake legal letters
FAQ

Scam allegation removal: common questions

Can you remove “scam” posts about my name from Google?

Yes, in most cases. False, outdated or rule-breaking posts can be removed at source or from Google. Where a link cannot be removed, we push it off page one with strong, true results about you.

Can you remove “[my name] scam” from Google’s search suggestions?

Google removes suggestions that break its autocomplete policies, and we report those for you. Suggestions also follow what people search and click, so cleaning up the results behind them makes the suggestion fade over time.

What about Ripoff Report and other scam-report sites?

Many of these sites charge people to remove posts. Google has a removal route for pages on sites with these practices, and we prepare the request for you. Other posts are handled through the site’s own rules or the law.

Will ChatGPT and Google’s AI still call me a scam?

AI tools repeat what they read. Once the scam pages are removed or pushed down, and true coverage about you is published, AI answers change too.

What if the post is true?

We are honest with you in the free check. We do not remove genuine court records or regulator warnings. If an old dispute was resolved, we can often get the post updated or pushed down.

Is this confidential?

Yes. Your name, your links and our work for you stay private. We never contact the people who posted on your behalf without your say-so.
