Information you give us
- Enquiries: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, the service you are interested in and anything you tell us about your business, when you use our forms, email, phone, WhatsApp or live chat.
- Client work: information needed to deliver your service, such as your biography, company details, story, quotes, images, approved drafts and published links.
- Reputation management requests: the links, reviews or content you ask us to address, and the information needed to make a lawful removal request.
- Billing: your billing name, company, address and transaction records. Card and bank payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card details on our website.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics: pages visited, time on site, approximate location, device and browser information, collected through Google Analytics.
- Security: information processed by Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse.
- Live chat: if you use our live chat, the chat provider processes your messages and identifiers needed to run the chat.

3. How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare your free written plan;
- to deliver the services you order, including writing, approval, publication and reporting;
- to make lawful reputation management requests on your behalf;
- to manage payments, refunds, accounts and records;
- to keep our website secure and understand how it is used, so we can improve it;
- to send you service updates and, where you have agreed, occasional news about our services. You can opt out at any time.

5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only where necessary:
- Publications and editors: the content you approve for publication, and the contact details needed to arrange it;
- Platforms and website owners: the information needed to make a reputation management request you have authorised;
- Service providers: companies that host our website, provide email, forms, analytics (Google), spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), live chat and messaging (such as WhatsApp), and payment processing;
- Professional advisers: such as accountants, lawyers and insurers;
- Authorities: where the law requires it.
We never sell your personal information.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where your information is transferred abroad, we rely on safeguards permitted by UK law, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK-US data bridge or the International Data Transfer Agreement and Addendum.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become orders: up to 24 months, then deleted;
- Client and billing records: up to 6 years after our work ends, to meet tax and legal requirements;
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of Google Analytics.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited staff access. No system is completely secure, so please contact us immediately if you believe your information has been misused.
9. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information;
- ask us to restrict or stop using your information;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

10. Information about other people
Our reputation management work sometimes involves content that mentions other people, such as review authors or article subjects. We process that information only to make lawful requests to the relevant platform or publisher, we do not contact or harass individuals, and we keep it only as long as the request requires.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
