Pitch body (aim for 150 words):

What to avoid in pitches
- Attachments (use links).
- Mass-send to multiple journalists in BCC.
- More than 150 words of body copy.
- Marketing adjectives (innovative, disruptive, cutting-edge, best-in-class).
- Pitching without naming a spokesperson.
