Who we help

Why reputation is different in Singapore

Regulated firms

Banks, fund managers and fintechs face due diligence from partners and regulators. One old article or forum thread can slow a licence or a deal.

Founders and executives

Board seats, funding rounds and senior hires all start with a search of your name, and increasingly with a question to ChatGPT.

Family businesses

Personal and business names are closely linked. A dispute or a court report about one family member can affect the whole group.

Singapore rules

The new Online Safety Commission changes what is possible

Singapore’s Online Safety (Relief and Accountability) Act 2025 created the Online Safety Commission, which began work on 29 June 2026. The Act covers 13 kinds of online harm.

Handled nowOnline harassment, doxxing, online stalking, intimate image abuse and image-based child abuse.
Coming in later phasesOnline impersonation, deepfakes and other inauthentic material, publication of false material, statements harmful to reputation and disclosure of private information, among others.
What the Commission can doOrder content to be taken down, restrict accounts, give the victim a right of reply and, in some cases, help identify anonymous posters. For most harms, you must report to the platform first; if it does not respond within 24 hours, you can go to the Commission.
No general right to be forgottenUnlike the UK and the EU, Singapore has no general law that lets you ask Google to delist old results about you. Removal usually depends on the platform’s own rules, the publisher, or the content being unlawful.

We are a reputation management firm, not a law firm. Where court action is needed, we work with your Singapore lawyers.

FAQ

Reputation management in Singapore: common questions

Can I remove search results about me in Singapore?

Sometimes. Singapore has no general right to be forgotten, so it depends on the content: reviews and posts that break platform rules, unlawful content and harmful content covered by the Online Safety Commission can often be removed. Where removal is not possible, accurate content can rank above it.

What does the Online Safety Commission handle?

Since 29 June 2026 it handles online harassment, doxxing, stalking and image abuse. Harms such as false material and statements harmful to reputation are being added in later phases.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Your case is handled by a small team and we never name clients.

Do you work with clients outside Singapore?

Yes. We work worldwide, including the UK, the UAE, Europe and the US.
