Fashion, celebrity, lifestyle and national titles our clients have been featured in — every one a real, permanent, indexable URL.
Titles shown are examples of where fashion and celebrity coverage is placed. The exact publication for your show is named in writing before you commit.
What is fashion show PR?
Fashion show PR is the work of turning a runway show, presentation or fashion event into published coverage — press attendance on the day, and features, reviews and picture stories in fashion, celebrity and national titles afterwards. Done properly it gives a collection a life beyond the fifteen minutes it spends on the catwalk: URLs buyers can read, images editors can reuse, and a record that Google and AI search can find.
Most agencies sell the invitations and the effort. United Press sells the outcome. We name the publications your show will appear in before you commit, guarantee publication, and confirm your label is a fit for each title before any work starts — so a show is never a gamble on whether anyone writes it up.
Designers & labels
Emerging and established designers showing on or off schedule in London, Paris, Milan or New York — see our PR for fashion designers service — and labels launching a collection with a presentation instead of a runway.
Brands & retailers
Fashion, footwear, jewellery and beauty brands hosting a launch event, capsule drop, store opening, press day or collaboration reveal that needs to be seen by press, buyers and customers.
Event producers & sponsors
Show producers, fashion weeks, awards and brand partners who need their event, their sponsors and their front row written about — not just photographed.
Guaranteed publication — agreed in writing before your show
A fashion show is an expensive way to find out whether the press will turn up. So we take that risk off the table. Before you commit to anything, you receive the exact publications by name, and publication is guaranteed. Non-publication is not something that happens on our accounts — the replace-or-credit line in the paperwork exists because contracts require one, not because we expect to use it.
The publication, named
Not “tier-one fashion press”. The actual title — in writing — before you agree to anything.
Your label, confirmed first
Some titles will not run some categories. We check your brand against each publication before work begins, so there are no surprises after the show.
Live, permanent, citable
Real editorial pages with real URLs — indexed by Google, quotable by AI search, and reusable in your lookbook, wholesale deck and social for years.
Everything a runway show needs to become press coverage
Show PR is three jobs in one: the weeks before, the day itself, and the fortnight after. Most of the coverage you will keep is won in the third.
Pre-show press strategy
The collection story, the designer angle and the hooks each title actually wants. Press releases, look notes and image packs prepared to editorial standard before invitations go out.
Media & buyer invitations
A curated guest list of fashion editors, freelance writers, buyers and photographers — seated and briefed, with the front row treated as a media plan rather than a seating chart.
Show-day press office
Accreditation, a working press area, backstage access windows, run-of-show timings and a same-day image release so coverage can go live while the show is still trending.
Guaranteed post-show placements
The part we guarantee: features, reviews and picture stories in named fashion, celebrity and national titles — placed and live, not pitched and hoped for.
Runway image & video distribution
Edited look-by-look galleries, backstage and front-row imagery and short video cut for editors, delivered in the formats and sizes each publication uses.
Coverage report & reuse
Every live link, screenshot and reach figure in one report, plus guidance on turning the coverage into wholesale, e-commerce and social assets.
Launch events, presentations, pop-ups and press days
Not every collection needs a runway. A presentation, a store opening, a capsule launch, a designer collaboration or a well-run press day can produce the same coverage as a show at a fraction of the production cost — if the PR is built around the outcome rather than the party.
- Presentations & static shows — the format most fashion editors prefer, because they can actually see the clothes.
- Store and flagship openings — local London press, national retail coverage and lifestyle features around the opening night.
- Capsule and collaboration launches — the story is the partnership; we place it where both audiences read.
- Press days and showroom appointments — seasonal previews that turn into product placement across the following months.
- Brand dinners, parties and pop-ups — celebrity and lifestyle titles cover who was there; fashion titles cover what they wore.
Showing at London Fashion Week — on schedule or off
London is the most open of the four fashion weeks and the most crowded. Hundreds of shows and presentations compete for the same editors in the same five days. The labels that come out of it with coverage are the ones whose PR started eight weeks earlier.
Titles named, angles set
We agree the publications, confirm your label with each, and build the collection story editors will need before they need it.
Long-lead placements secured
Designer profiles, “ones to watch” features and preview pieces are placed while the show is still being cast.
Press office, images, front row
Accredited press, same-day imagery and a guest list built around who will actually publish.
Guaranteed reviews & features
The show write-ups, picture stories and celebrity-attendance pieces go live in the named titles.
Buyer & wholesale follow-through
Coverage is repackaged for showrooms, buyers and the wholesale calendar so the season keeps earning.
Search & AI visibility
Permanent URLs in recognised titles are what Google and AI assistants surface when someone searches your label.

Celebrity dressing, front row and red-carpet coverage
A recognisable name in your look is worth a season of advertising — but only if the credit is published. We place the “who wore what” stories, front-row galleries and red-carpet credits in the celebrity and lifestyle titles that drive search for a label, and make sure your brand is named in the caption rather than left as “a black gown”.
- Front-row and guest coverage in celebrity and lifestyle press, with your label credited.
- Red-carpet and event dressing credits placed in the titles readers search after an awards night.
- Talent and influencer attendance written up as editorial, not left as a social post that disappears in a day.
- Designer and founder profiles that make the person behind the label part of the story.

Publications relevant to fashion show and event PR
A selection of the titles we place fashion, celebrity and event coverage in. Editorial placements are written by or with the publication’s own team; sponsored placements carry a disclosure line. Both are real, indexed, permanent pages.
Fashion, style & luxury

Authority, search visibility and buyer trust
Availability and editorial policy vary by title and by season. Tell us your show date and we will confirm which of these fit your label and name them in writing.
Coverage that shows up in Google and in AI search
When a buyer, stockist or journalist asks Google — or ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity — about your label after the show, the answer is assembled from what has been published about you in recognised titles. Social posts expire; a feature in a named publication is a permanent, citable source. Every placement we deliver is a real editorial URL on an indexed domain, which is exactly what search engines and AI assistants use to decide whether a brand is worth recommending.

What clients say about working with United Press
Verbatim from founders, marketing leaders and authors who trusted us with their story.
The fashion show PR partner brands stay with because it works
Trusted since 2001
Twenty-five years of placing UK and international coverage — long enough to know which editors want a show review, which want the designer, and which want the front row.
Outcome, not effort
You are not buying invitations sent, calls made or hours logged. You are buying named coverage, live, with a link you can put in front of a buyer.
Honest about fit
If a title will not run your category, you hear it before you spend anything — not after the show. That is the point of confirming the brand first.
No long-term contracts
Work with us for one show, one launch or one season. Clients stay because the coverage keeps landing, not because a contract says they have to.
Fashion show & event PR — your questions answered
How far in advance should I book PR for a fashion show?
Eight weeks before the show is ideal, because long-lead features and designer profiles are placed before show week. That said, we regularly take on shows with less notice; the guaranteed post-show placements can still be delivered within around 14 days of the event. Tell us the date and we will tell you what is realistic.
Do you guarantee press coverage for a fashion show?
Yes. You receive the publications by name before you commit, and publication is guaranteed. Non-publication is not something that happens on our accounts; the replace-or-credit clause in the paperwork is a contractual formality, not an expectation.
Which publications can you place fashion show coverage in?
Fashion and luxury titles such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Grazia and Glamour; celebrity and lifestyle titles such as OK!, Hello! and Us Weekly; and UK nationals including The Times, Evening Standard and The Independent. The exact list depends on your label and your category, which is why we confirm the brand with each title before naming it.
Do you handle London Fashion Week and off-schedule shows?
Both. On-schedule shows, off-schedule shows, presentations and showroom appointments during London Fashion Week, plus Paris, Milan and New York. The PR plan is built around your slot and the editors who will be in the city that week.
Can you get celebrities and influencers to my show — and get it covered?
We can advise on and support talent attendance, but what we guarantee is the coverage: the front-row galleries, red-carpet credits and “who wore what” stories placed in named celebrity and lifestyle titles with your label credited.
Do you produce the show itself?
Our work is the press side: strategy, invitations, show-day press office, images and the guaranteed placements. We work alongside your show producer, casting and styling team, and can recommend production partners in London if you need them.
Is the coverage sponsored or editorial?
Both are available and we tell you which is which for every title before you commit. Editorial placements are written by or with the publication’s team; sponsored placements carry a disclosure line. Either way it is a real, indexed, permanent page on the publication’s own domain.
How do I start?
Send us the show or event date, the label and what you want the coverage to achieve — buyers, customers, investors or reputation. We will come back with the titles that fit, named in writing, and exactly what it takes. No obligation.
Your show deserves to be written about. Let’s name the titles.
